The following CCDC properties received awards for excellence in rehabilitating and preserving multifamily housing in Chicago:
Northeastwood Shores Apartments - Selected by the Chicago Association of Realtors for its first annual multifamily housing rehabiliation "Good Neighbor" Award as rehab of the year in 1993; received the "U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Best Practices Award" in 1999.
Germano-Millgate Apartments - Selected in January 1996 as the second annual winner of the City of Chicago's "Neighborhood Community Development" Award for-profit sponsors; recieved the "U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Best Practices Award" in 1999.
6100 Wabash Apartments - Selected by the Chicago Board of Realtors for its 1995 "Good Neighbor" Award for multifamily rental properties.
Englewood Gardens Apartments - Selected by LISC as "For Profit Project of the Year" at the Neighborhood Community Development Award Program in 1998; recieved the "U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Best Practices Award" in 1999.
Archer Courts Apartments - Received a Certificate of Achievement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and nominated for its 2000 Illinois Best Practices Award; Placed 2nd among 26 entries in the 2002 Richard Driehaus "Excellence in Design" Competition; selected by AIA Chicago-American Institute of Architects for the "Distinguished Building Award Citation of Merit" in 2002.; selected by Metropolitan Home as one of 4 "world class buildings" of Chicago in their May/June 2004 issue; featured at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
Archer Courts Townhouses - Placed 2nd in the 2004 Driehaus Design Awards; selected as the "Best Multifamily Building" in the 2005 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Award; featured at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
